  • This is insanely cool! As someone who has done a little bit of reach gametype scripting, it is really interesting to hear the explanation as to how this works. I had no idea you guys figured out a way to run scripts in forge. Also some of the other discoveries such as the whole shadow casting by attaching a warthog turret is really interesting too. Being able to move some of the existing map objects and even the skybox is ridiculous and allows for some crazy stuff! I can only imagine what will be possible once we combine gametype scripting with modding once we get official reach mod tools! Please hit me up if you guys want to collab once we get them, I have some pretty cool ideas.

    I am aware of issues relating to scaling for clients, as well as some clients not seeing map objects in custom games. Fixes are being worked on, so expect an update of bug fixes sometime in the future. Might do a follow up about it.
  • This is incredible. I am looking forward to experimenting with it! That toolbar is super convenient! I have some plans for an infection map using this mod :)

    Okay THIS is Awesome. There are only Few good Modded Game modes on MCC that are Thankfully Ported over from Xbox 360 versions, like Reach SVE mythic Slayer, Blargnstuff for Halo 4, or - What I renamed it, SVE 2018 for Halo 4 (it has similar Functions like SVE from Reach, like Merging a House Prop on a Banshee, with the MCC version I can now Merge a Lich into a Pelican, in CGB I scared so many Players with that)

    Just started playing around with this. Im loving it. A bit finicky but that's to be expected on console. I'll have a look at your channel but a tutorial on how to attach structures to vehicles properly would be great, in my little experience it seems that the positions of objects (but not rotation) are mirrored when attached to a vehicle. Still, this is something I've been dying for since Reach's launch. Thanks, man

    Thats crazy that you would call it Anvil when thats already a thing that is used for a lot of games, including Halo. I remember anvil being an internal editing extension at bungie during the days of marathon and halo ce
