The Marc Ford years. The Crowes always raised the roof. Never saw a boring or uninspired show ever., and they covered many genres of music on top their amazing songs.

Steve, Marc, Johnny and Ed : back when the Crowes really rolled.

Marc Ford really elevated that band to incredible heights.

My goodness, Marc Ford never ceases to amaze! What an incredible musician! Steve Gorman is really great here as well...

Watching the Crowes at sunset at Glastonbury was utterly magical
  • I love the long jams. I saw them four months earlier in Barcelona: they played three tunes in 10 minutes for the photographers. as soon as they were gone the started High Head Blues, played it as in the record and just when the song would have finished they began a 20 min jam that raised the roof... even with the technical imperfections that now I can see (but couldn't then) they'll always be in the top few for me

Epic show! amazing performance of wiser time. I was there 25 years ago, my favourite year of going to Glastonbury, brilliant weather and great weed ✌
  • God this brings back memories. Sadly for them they had to come before a band that had a nation in the palm of their hands. They were great. Still one of the best fests i have ever been to.
  • Saw them like 2 weeks after this...so happy to have seen "the classic" Black Crowes. Marc Ford rules! Peace.

Far beyond brilliant. The Crowes were well in the zone. An inspired and inspiring rendition of My Morning Song tops a magnificent set. This is how it's done.

This is hot fire. I have never seen this show before. Steve Gorman laid down such a groove.

Probably one of very best bands to come from America? So much energy and passion for life. Totally mind blowing songwriting beautifully crafted and so proficient created for live performances. Rock me gently brothers you carry the Skynard on wonderfully well.

I honestly think the Albert Hall gig that year was better, anyone else still cherish the Stars and Stripes Naked Girl shirt? I took my wife, we are still together... happy days

Marc Ford with the Crowes and Mick Taylor with the stone never had be replaced in their tone. Just listen to the difference .
