11:11 - It's rough to put an exact number on how many Gs your body can take, because it's not just how many Gs, it's how long your sustaining it. Theoretically, you would die from a sustained force of 10 Gs for 1 minute because of the lack of blood reaching your brain. Your plot twist is lateral Gs, which are even worse as they would not only rupture your blood vessels, but maybe even rupture your internal organs. The spiral starts at ~ 30G and maxes at ~ 71G for 12 seconds...plus the plot twist. Going from ~60G one way...to ~60G the exact opposite way. That's 120G difference. People die from that. You gign't even need to smash them into a mountain side. They died from the plot twist.
