  • I'm doing my single-leg calf raises every day as prescribed and my Achilles tendon is feeling pretty good. However, my calf muscles are a little bit sore, not painful, just sore like the muscles are being worked. Do I continue to do my single-leg calf raises every day as prescribed or should I take a day or two off to let the calf muscle recover?
