  • Thank you so much Dr. Diana great information! I’ve been able to control my RA for 20 years by eliminating many foods. Recently I had the worst flare up of my life! After I had to take two very strong antibiotics for a bowel infection. But the flare up wouldn’t go away. I tried a plant based only diet but got very very weak! So I added chicken breast and fish and felt much better. But still I was having a flare up. Avoiding sugar, gluten, dairy, Beef and all the rest that usually give me more inflammation and pain. Then someone’s comment on a video when I was doing research solved the mystery- it was my favorite Collagen Supplement from Vital Proteins made from Beef! I didn’t realize how strict I had to be about having absolutely NO BEEF PROTEIN! Wow big break through for me when I stopped the beef collagen the pain and inflammation started going away! You have great videos I have been watching many of them and you always have so many helpful facts. I also wanted to mention that over the years I’ve noticed when I’m gaining weight I have lots of pain and when I’m losing weight, no matter the diet, there’s no pain or very little pain. So I always take that into the equation when I’m trying to figure out what caused a flare up. And when I’m eating healthy and staying at a low weight no pain. 😊

I have to cut back on many foods to control my rheumatoid arthritis. Sugar cravings, meats, snacks etc. I know I can do it including exercising more. Thanks 😊

Taurine, Glycine and NAC, and Citrulline. They heal and protect your whole body. If you have more to heal like autoimmune conditions then the extra Amino Acids are very much needed!

I wish my rheumatologist had told me all this when i was diagnosed with Sjogrens almost 10 years ago. A friend recommended a holistic doctor thst got me on the right track. The diet changes and supplements have saved my life. I just recovered from Spinal Meningitis. The immunosuppressant drug Arava that I was taking, lowered my immunity so much that I could not fight off a head cold. Head cold turned into Spinal Meningitis. Today the rheumatologist told me that I didn't have to take the Arava anymore. My inflammation,CRP is in normal range, 1. 🎉 Diet changes, no gluten, sugar, diary...and supplements like fish oil, tumeric and ginger saved my life.

Are nuts like walnuts, almonds, cashews ok? What about dried fruits like mangos, cranberries, pineapple?

  • Thank you, This was very educational for me. Rheumatoid Arthritis has been life changing for me. I know nothing about this disease and I have severe RA. So this really helps. Thank you.
  • Love from Assam💓💓💓 I'm a patient of RA and I greatly benefited from your videos
  • @mond3613
Very informative. I love the part where you talk about replacements and better food options. 🙂
  • I think it’s just best to shop Whole Foods meaning the outer perimeter in the grocery store. Being very selective on what is chosen.
  • Thank you Dr. Diana I am grateful for information about RA. Excellent madam❤ hopefully you get what you deserve and live a good life 🎉

So, basically, low-carb & keto diets are good for helping decrease inflammation. After starting keto, ALL of my MANY autoimmune diseases were almost non-existent. I highly recommend it!🙌🏼💯✅
  • Please can you be subtitling your comments? I really appreciate your efforts. I'm 37 with rheumatoid arthritis. But I believe listening to you will help me a lot. I also want to know if stress can contribute to my flares because I teach and go through a lot of stress.
  • @drmariawolf
