This video is just a joke and is by no means an offense to people who have put hard work towards creating magnificent TAS runs, it is NOT meant to be taken serious

I can't believe it, someone has finally beaten the Z05 TAS, congrats on doing something that was thought to be impossible before, everyone thought that 2.92 seconds was the maximum on this map but you proved that it is actually 2.92 seconds which just shows that believing in yourself can let you achieve anything you want! Congrats on beating the game and the doubters!

I kindly remind that using Polish skin gives you -0.01 on every run as well, because the switched bits in the game code make you skip one frame rule and shit

It seemed impossible but the madlad did it saving 0.000 seconds! insane improvement.

Whilst air resistance isn't too strong in this scenario (as the speed of the air and the car's aerodynamic characteristics aren't very pronounced at this low speed, thus proving your tilt theory COMPLETELY wrong), and whilst we can't change key mechanical components (such as the flywheel, clutch, camshaft, and others), we shall then optimise the current components installed in the TrackMania racing car. Firstly, if you look closely, the tyres don't always have full grip at launch. From this, we can calculate the perfect air pressure for this specific tyre model (at ambient temperature), but we shall not lower it too much, as too much grip may also worsen our time going from point A to point B. Once done, we should enrich the air and fuel mixture, and change the gear ratios, assuring we have torque (and power) when we most need it. Making sure this is done and tested, and launching the car at the ideal engine speed, will guarantee us a tremendous improvement in time. Hope this helps!

Actually big mistake with the car colour: black colour absorbes all wavelengths, so at the end it makes the absorbed irradiance [W/m²] larger on the car. Due to more heat coming, hence more energy transferred to the car, the body itself will marginally increase in mass as explained in mass-energy relation, so making the car slower to accelerate accordingly with acceleration=Force/mass, being Force in this case fixed. There's also the fact that we don't know if the car has a limited-slip differential or not (and if it does, is it a fixed, a torsen or a speed/acceleration sensitive one?), we also need to take that into account when defining the optimal angle and the optimal moment (which could be either speed/rpm/gear dependent) to steer without losing too much acceleration due to friction and possibly non-optimal torque distribution. You might also consider to start your run when the wind that passed through the flags is no more in a turbulent state, allowing you to go through the fluid more easily and consistently over many runs (this would require carefully analysis of fluids in the stadium). Not to mention also the ideal moment of year (both date and moment during the day) to get the most convenient tyre/tarmac temperature for this short run (very likely to be during colder times due to less tyre tendency to ovalize and make rotation less efficient, also because yoo don't need exceptional traction for this particular map). Mate we need absolutely to datamine this to find out, there might still be time in the 10^(-7) s to save.

This is groundbreaking. Every Map, every TAS, can easily be improved now. Maybe I should get back to some of my previous TAS maps because thanks to your discovery we can finally reach the true limit of each map. Amazing Work, and thank you <3

If we could somehow install a module that could fold the side view mirror, the air resistance would be sigificantly less.
  • @JAS3E
But then, hefest got this run...
  • @Travixty
This is one of the greatest moments in Trackmania history. Truly amazing job to find those inhuman time saves. Magnificent work
  • Haha, love it. This pretty much sums up those bloody TASers alright... wait

What a nice guy tool is. Assisting everyone in speed runs without asking for anything in return.

0:53 “if you use this equation that I just.. made up” lmfao
  • I was not expecting the Schrodinger equation to make an appearance in this.

The days of Brim the shitposter are long gone! We now have Brim the TASer!
