    This was amazing. I’m so happy I found someone that goes at a pace I need. You are great at guiding and explaining the movements, while allowing enough reps and time for a beginner to go at their own pace, and get back in to the rep without feeling like they gave up on that particular sequence thank you so much for this. See you on day two..
