Danny, to your comment about the Cromwell, let me help a little. Originally, before it was even called Wild Bills, it was a hotel called the Barbary Coast. At the very back of the casino, there was a restaurant that served excellent late night prime rib and chinese food. In the old days, I would always go to the Barbary Coast late at night, just to visit this old school restaurant that served cheap, good food past midnight. Those were great times and I’m sure others will remember this too.

Fried rice looked great and a large portion with those big ass shrimp! 🤣 Good thing they served it with a shovel sized spoon. Steer clear of that nuclear mustard sauce!🔥

The Coronado Cafe is old school Las Vegas. Open 24 hours with good food and good prices. The graveyard specials reminds me of B. Binnion’s steak specials downstairs.

I liked the looks of that nice healthy platter of fried rice. I remember that hot mustard always hits the nasal passages with quite a punch if you have a little too much of it.
