VICE travels to Queens to meet Leeky Da Bikestar, one of the most infamous figures in New York City’s bike life movement to find out how a kid from the south side of Queens is leading a country wide movement to create a sport from nothing and legitimize the use of illegal dirtbikes and atvs on city streets.

He drives his car like he's the passenger
  • @eliashart3922
The camera dude is probably sweating bullets in the passenger seat
  • Him trying to make the trainer relevant to the documentary was clearly just his way of doing the guy a favor to get him more business. That was nice of him.

i shed a tear when they crushed the dirtbikes. some of us worked endless shifts just to afford this piece of happiness but they just crushed it in front of everyone to see
  • @Graeme566
He drives his car like he's trying to wheelie it 😂
  • @Calthecool
“I paid for this seat to be able to recline, I’m using the whole recline.”
  • The music, the frames, and the commentary when they were riding through Times Square was really good!👏👏👏
  • This dude drives his car like he's on a couch watching a movie lol.
  • @vasacsl63
This jaguar has auto pilot with gangsta lean option
  • I was an NYC fire fighter. when one day we responded to a car accident on Forster and Ocean Avenue in BK, one of these wheelie kids was doing a wheelie, ran through a light, and hit the rear door of an other car. The impact smashed the rear windshield pillar into the skull of the toddler who is sitting in the backseat. She was still moving slightly, but I had been to accidents like this before, and I knew it was over. I'll never forget what that child looked like, so I can see why these bikes may be a problem. But leave it up to vice to try to glorify this dangerous behavior, nice videography , I guess.

The music starting at 13:55 and building up to the Times Square segment was awesome. Unexpected, but it gave that whole ride-out such a hype feeling just watching it.
  • @EokiVideos
He looks like a nice guy, asking all the time if we know what he's saying.
  • @C0ltxx45
Every single hood across the country has one of these dudes.
  • I seen a group of black dudes riding in Phoenix Az. I let them all pass me so they could have their fun. I seriously thought it was the most badass thing I had ever seen and it got me obsessed with dirt bikes. Currently I’m saving up for a dual sport. Shout out to vice for making this video.

He's my new hero. Fkn love him and he inspires me to trade my longboard in for an Enduro. I'll be 50 freakin 2 in January
  • @probablyangelo
that killed me inside when they ran over the bikes and quads
  • @critical
Good rider but I'm more impressed on his driving position hahah it's crazy
  • Excellent piece by vice. Insanely good cinematography on this one.

I get the outlet part. When you do it in a place where you put another persons life on the line, it’s no longer about the outlet. The issue I have with this is blocking traffic or putting others in danger.
