Hey, mini family! Sorry about the crap audio from my mic. It'll be fixed in the future.
  • You are not only teaching these beginners, but thousands of beginners everywhere in the world, and we are super grateful for it :D
  • The real title to this should be friend tricks to friends into being thousands of dollars in debt
  • @L1Z1O
Thanks for having me on! Was an amazing learning experience. In the process of collecting some starter brushes and paint!
  • @Topsipopsi
I love how comfortable Curtis and Nick seem to be on camera taking instructions from you with no traces of inferiority complex or insecurities. Just healthy hangout with three freinds doing hobby together :)
  • @zosoknight
I demand a new spinoff channel or podcast where Curtis and Goobertown Brent just talk about different haircare products and their lives as dudes with majestic long hair.
  • @griffin292
I'd love to see periodic updates from Curtis and Nick to see how their chosen armies are coming along every now and then. Maybe if they continue to paint, see how they've progressed in skill with comparison shots from early minis to recent minis. In any case, great job helping them out, Scott. And Curtis and Nick, you guys really killed it. I hope you've found the passion and confidence to continue in the hobby.
  • I feel so much with Curtis. Being a "perfectionist" is so hard when you are also an artist. You just need to push past it and create, whatever your medium is.
  • @jeb886
"Are you trying to say that my opinions I formed by reading Reddit comments on the interent aren't fact?" LMAOOOOO

I absolutely loved this video, I'm actually in the process of buying paints/brushes etc to start painting my Custodes and I'm kinda like the long haired dude in the fact that, I'm so worried about screwing them up that I still haven't got round to even Priming them yet. After watching this video though, I'm actually quite excited about painting them and just giving them a go!! I'm going for the Shadowkeeper colour scheme (black and gold) as I want to show all the beautiful detail of the Custodes models. I feel like you lose that detail when you go ALL gold custodes.
  • @Ritter_Gruppe
Scott: There is no need to rush. Also Scott: In this video, I'm challenging myself to paint an army in a weekend
  • I love how hard they are trying to genuinely do well at this based on your instruction - they are precious hobby angels we must protect them at all costs. I adored them both in this video and hope they continue the hobby! Well done Scott.
  • @vbeier112
This is great! The dudes seem nice and they're clearly excited! Great work Scott!
  • @phils.6002
super cool format, i would absolutely like to have you do more like that. maybe a noob workshop video format? anyway, keep it the way it is, love your channel!
  • Curtis' hair is the most beautiful thing I've seen in a while... and looks damn fine on him too!
  • Finally! One of the infinite tendrils of the Tyranids have reached into Scott's channel.
  • Scott: "not as thin as milk, not as thick as mayo" Me: Adds enough lahmian medium to drown a fishma.., sorry, Tau.
  • @adamatkins1984
Don't worry about the mic Scott, can hear ya just fine. Merry xmas and love from Australia mate!
