I'm currently under treatment for this. I'd like your (and any other readers who have these symptoms) thoughts. A year ago I was walking and it felt like someone stabbed a knife in my left hip rear. Doc said it was sciatica but it seems more like SI as it didn't radiate. I was bed ridden for 2 weeks in pain. Shortly after my lower back started hurting. Now my lower back hurts bad, a little pain in the left hip but severe pain in the right hip, side of the thigh wrapping around the front to the knee cap. No numbness or lower leg issue. The little "hollow" spot people have on the side of their buttocks is very painful to press. Xrays showed nothing, waiting for doc to get and MRI. The right hip is more outside of the joint where the left is more behind the joint, so completely different symptoms yet both go into the lower back. It hurts to walk around but it hurts less to keep walking than to layback and relax then get up, that's murder until it loosens up. I also have arthritis in my neck so it may be related. any feed back is much appreciated. Thankyou

This video is quite interesting and I have learnt from it. I have been suffering from Sciatica for 10 years, although it is not getting better. But after watching the video I believe that if I put all I have learnt it'll be okay. Thanks for sharing.
