Another tip, especially for Etsy sellers : do TRACKED shipping ! You will avoid scammers saying their product didn't arrive when it had. I had a customer that asked me a refund for non delivered parcell, I refused as my conditions were that non-tracked shipping can't be refunded (cause I can't be sure it did arrived or not). The person asked etsy instead and got entirely refunded even tho of my shop conditions. Since then I have only tracked shipping and no issues anymore.

Or hire a professional graphic designer such as myself who designs completely ORIGINAL for your branding since people use and reuse things in Canva and nothing is really original, AND realize that you need to trademark your logo for it to absolutely be yours and never someone else’s.

Love your comments about tracking sales/expenses in advance! It is so hard to catch up all at once if you don't. And 100% crocheting takes time so it is important to do other things besides just crochet and craft ALL day or you will get burnt out. <3 I feel like I went through these same things starting my business.
