Been following them for years. Rediscovering them and making sure I'm still following them. I actually clicked on this to make sure it was who i thought it was and make sure i was following them again.

Rahhhh people hyping artists >>>>>

seems like a more adult ghibli

Without a doubt, they have a style that stands out above other Japanese artists. For some reason, the way they use details and textures reminds me of Moebius (a French comic artist). Still, it's a pretty unique proposal. Thanks for the video, I didn't know about it.

I'm so happy now Thank you so much.

I've seen their artwork all over the place and never connected that it was all the same artist. Their work is amazing, I'm now going to consume the entirety of their social media. I love these type of videos that allow me to know more amazing art.

'I draw what I want to see' I relate to this so much

Hataya looks like she took a lot from Katsuya Terada and Moebius.

2:22 The absolute whiplash I experienced realizing this random YouTube video was about an artist I actually already follow

Have been following them for years, and damn, it's great to find others appreciating their amazing art!

Never thought I’d see a video on my favorite niche internet artist
-
it sometimes reminds me of the block print style Howard Pyle used for the artworks in his book about the Arthurian legends. Like the classical block prints one might see in renaissance books, but taken to the extreme. Or in this case, I suppose it's more like the old Japanese pen artwork, but again, taken to the extreme.

One of my favorite artists!!! Yes please Hataya, please make an art book we could buy <3

Wow what a beauty! I'm so glad she did a manga, even though it has nothing to do with the world that is in her mind. But how incredible would it be, to see some stories about that world.

Wow, fantastic art. You say it's detailed and it sure is, but there is breathing space because the composition is simple.

1:17 is actually fire emblem three houses fanart!
-
1:15 its amazing how simply covering the eyes makes a weird looking dog man look so much more endearing and natural
-
I’ve seen their artwork floating around Pinterest so I’m happy to finally find the artist

I recently watched Scavenger's Reign. This reminded me of that amazing mesmerizing otherworldly world of that series. Also Moæbius and Ghibli.
