It looks like from the photo that there was some shelving and a dusty black/yellow tool bag that aren't arranged in the locker like they were in the photo. But the locker you sorted had the same kind of shelving in a few spots...possible this guy had more than 1 locker and they just overshared the photo from another unit? Still pretty suspicious.
