The Blueridge BR-371 is one of the most impressive parlor guitars at this pricepoint... and Spoon Phillips is here to give you all the details - and the tones! The BR-371 features a solid sitka spruce top & solid rosewood back & sides. For a small guitar, it's got a very big voice. The wide string spacing and petite body design lends itself perfectly to fingerstyle play.

MaurysMusic.com is one of the largest and most trusted Blueridge dealers. We have the best prices, best service, expert product knowledge, huge selection and we show you ACTUAL PICS of all in-stock guitars. 14-day return period and no restocking fees.

My mom desperately wanted a parlor guitar bc her back couldn’t take playing a bigger bodied guitar. After doing some research (and 18yrs of guitar knowledge) this one seemed by far the best option (aside from a $8k-$13k Martin) and she just got it delivered today……this is an incredible guitar! It was set up perfectly right out of the gig bag, the woods used are top of the line, sounds so unique and bell-like, and plays like a dream. I give it a 10 out of 10. I own a Martin d-41 and I’d say the blueridge br-371 guitar is absolutely in the same class and is by far the best parlor on the market today👍💯

Spoon is a wonderful player! I've played a Blueridge BR-341 extensively and it's a great guitar - same format as this one with mahogany instead of rosewood, and less bling. Amazing sound. The top of it was an extraordinarily gorgeous piece of spruce.

i tried this guitar once, comparing to the Taylor 314ce from the seller, it just blow me away, couldnt believe that such a small guitar come with power and incredible sounds, great and amazing tone. Highly recommend for ppl who's thinking abt it
  • Spoon, I spend a great deal of time listening to, reading about, playing and learning about acoustic guitars. You are the best when it comes to demonstrating a guitar. You take the time to help a guitar say whatever it is it has to say and you help each guitar to be its best. My next purchase will be a BR 371. Thank you for all your good work.

Just received mine.   Awesome.   Thanks Maury.
  • Spoon, I getting one based on this vid. I must say, you are an amazing player, and this is the first demo vid you've been able to do a bit of it. If you have a YT channel, I'm your next subscriber.

Can you still order this guitar from you? I only see the mahogany model on your website. I bought an HD-35 from you several years ago and I was really happy with your service.

I'm a fan of Spoon and I have never seen smile, 2:31, that way about a guitar.

I felt the 00-42SC sounded boxy in comparison to the Br-371. Also the 371 had a lot more bass. The Martin Stage Coach costs 7 times more than the Blueridge and I don't know if it sounds 7 times better. I have a Martin D-41 which I love, but people who don't know guitars choose the br-371 over it. When I ask why they say the br-371 sounds more vintage. Also, remember the Br-371 also has forward shifted braces which is not common on small bodied 12 fret parlors. I think that makes a big difference!

If you don't have $4K for a Martin O28 (like I don't), this is the next best thing.

Very nice guitar and playing. Did you restring this guitar for this review, or did you use the strings it arrived with? Whose strings did you use if you did restring it? A lot, I know. Thanks in advance.
