This is how I normally include these in my daily food routine: 1) 5-7 curry leaves in morning empty stomach after drinking 2 glasses of water but before brushing my teeth. 2) 4 overnight soaked almonds 30 minutes later, peeling their skin off. 3) 1 Carrot in salad with my lunch 4) Buttermilk straight after lunch 5) 1 raw Amla soaked in turmeric about 3 hours after lunch before sunset

    From my real personal experience, a mix of coconut and onion 🥥🌰 has really worked as a great remedy for hairfall control, as it worked for me as well my sis. I would create it on my own before, but it takes a lots of time and it's not actually gud to preserve it over an long period.
