good morning JORGE from California, always consult with your doctor. If you have multiple sclerosis or any disease, and you're dealing with depression, don't get use to it don't become accustomed to it. I've had my disease 40 years I get it, understand it. I've lived it. There's a lot of bullshit out there. Individuals with diseases with depression despair Hopelessness and at times desperation. All that stuff that people are trying to sell you, they’re not going anywhere it's gonna be there. Don't let it break the bank and or take away from the quality of your life. All that stuff is about money. I've had my disease a long time, learned to deal with that good bad ugly terrible. Don’t allow yourself to get stuck in understand the complexity and become Unstuck! ichoose life, there’s still a lot of life to live. Still a lot of love out there from our family friends strangers. Realize that It’s Still a Beautifull life💕🕉️🙏❤️☮️

Si tienes esclerosis múltiple o cualquier enfermedad y estás lidiando con depresión, no te acostumbres, eh tenido mi enfermedad durante 40 años. La entiendo. La comprendo . Lo he vivido. Hay mucha mierda por ahí. Individuos con enfermedades con depresión, Desesperanza y, en ocasiones, desesperación. Todas esas cosas que la gente está tratando de venderte, no se van ah desaparecer suempre estarán allí. No permita que esto le arruine el banco o le quite la calidad de su vida. Todo eso tiene que ver con el dinero. He tenido mi enfermedad por mucho tiempo, aprendí a lidiar con lo bueno, malo, feo, terrible. No te permitas quedarte atrapado en la depresión, ¡comprende la complejidad y despégate!
Elije la vida, todavía queda mucha vida por vivir. Todavía hay mucho amor por compartir con nuestra familia amistades. Date cuenta de que sigue siendo una vida hermosa💕🕉️🙏❤️☮️
