The first time I saw the redesigned Shoop Da Whoop, I was confused, but then I understood. A black body with those large lips looks racist. A camouflage patterned body looks better. But since the face is based on Semi-Perfect Cell from Dragon Ball Z, I'm more inclined to blame whoever gave those large lips to that form of his in the first place.
