Suggested routine for use in wash form: -Use a gentle cleanser to remove makeup/dirt/sunscreen. -Lather on benzoyl peroxide wash (on damp skin) to areas that have acne. Use simple circular motions with pads of the fingers, and leave on for 2-3 minutes. Be sure to avoid eyes/lips! -Rinse off. -While skin is still damp, use a moisturizer. In the morning, use sunscreen as well.

She’s definitely “The Giving Tree” of skincare in human form. Great instruction. ☕️ 👍🏻🍁
  • I can’t tell you how grateful I am for your videos. I spent years buying all these expensive, fragrance filled acne products that would never work and have me puzzled as to why. My skin has never looked better thanks to you! :)

Dr.Dray, you have no idea how many lives you've changed remotely.I am from East Africa and i have benefited so much from you miles away.Thank you!
  • I have combination acne prone skin and dr dray my skin is now under control I made my husband take me to target to buy benzoyl peroxide treatment and vanicream moisturizing cream. I haven’t seen my skin this calm since I was pregnant during pregnancy my skin was perfect! I was using Avène extreme tolerance emulsion but it wasn’t moisturizing enough in this Arizona dry heat. Thank you Dr. Dray!
  • Thank you so much for these videos! I feel like you're my dermatologist on the side who's telling me all the secrets that my real derm won't.🤫 You are a beautiful blessing.

It's my freshman year of college and this has been the first time in my life I've gotten a large amount of acne. Thank you so much for this video and the timing of it.
  • Your hair has gotten so long! You look great, Dr. Dray. I’m trying to help my little brother take care of his skin (he’s a teen) so he doesn’t end up like me. I didn’t take care of my skin and now have a lot of scaring. It’s slowly getting better by following your tips, so thank you!

Oh my gosh, you're in Houston! Yay! I had cystic acne, and it went away on it's own as my skin matured.
  • @TheNikki901
I started using this a few days ago and it’s already helping so much! Thank you Dr. Dray! ❤️

This is such a great topic, and I appreciate you addressing parents and students.

Dr Dray Huge thank you for recommending BP for body acne, I was using it almost 3 weeks and almost cleared my acne completely! Although we don't have Panoxyl in Australia I have been using Benzac AC Wash 5% 200mL, with dramatic changes!
  • Panoxyl is the best product I’ve ever used for my acne. It works amazingly
  • @Ieshadarnese
For the longest I struggled with finding the right kind of cleansers and moisturizers to use while still using benzoyl peroxide 10% every person i asked every video I came across wouldn’t help so thank you for this I pray i can see a difference now

Started having acne a year ago, went through antibiotics + clindamycin and adapalene but didn't work quite well. Months later, my derm had me switched to epiduo forte and in just 3 months I've seen some big improvement, no more cystic ones and just having small pimples every now and then. Morning routine: mild facial wash + centella serum + sunblock Night routine: double cleansing with micellar water and mild facial wash + epiduo forte every other night or cerave pm moisturizer Hope everyone can find their suited routine for their skin! Hang in there, clear skin days will definitely come!

Thank you so much for explaining things so clearly. My son is struggling with acne. I feel bad cause I know it bothers him. Hopefully with your tips we can get under control
  • I've found benzoyl peroxide to be more effective than salicylic acid in controlling acne flareups. My sister alternates between salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide and hibiclens in controlling her underarm hidradenitis suppurativa. It really works.
