They left out the part where they start scolding her for not trying hard enough.

The biggest issue with adhd isn't the inability to do stuff normally but rather how others treat you while you attempt to do them.

Before I was diagnosed with ADHD I thought it was normal for you brain to have alot of thoughts/sounds/music happening
  • Advantage to ADHD, if reading minds was a real thing, people trying to read yours would either go crazy or get completely lost and give up

I love how a girl without ADHD is getting so much praise for “attempting to demonstrate” what it’s like. She’s literally not doing anything exceptional and yet she’s getting so much encouragement, and yet children and adults who actually suffer with this every single day get ripped to shreds for struggling.
  • For some reason, I have ADHD,and when he said something about snowing tomorrow,I started thinking if penguins have knees or not,and I missed the whole video.

They forgot the part where they yelled at her to “just focus more”

This man lost me after green pen and 3 pieces of gum. I was genuinely becoming irritated simply thinking about being put in that situation.

Before i knew i had ADHD, i thought this was something everyone experiences.

I thought the young girl had ADHD, and up until the guy said she didn't have it I was impressed/amazed at how she managed to stand so still while the others were talking. All became clear.

this is actually a good example. Teachers used to say things like "go down stair, use this key, go to the door near the stare case then get a specific kind of paper and bring it to sertain room because sertain person needs it" I'd just repeat every step in my head but I would constantly doubt if I got it right and I would forget things too. it was realy frustrating.
  • anyone else offended by the way he refers to ADHD people, like i cant help but feel like hes belittleing everyone with ADHD . just my opinion

I was waiting for her to turn to him and say "will you shut the hell up, I'm busy!"
  • 2 really hard things about having ADHD as an adult: 1. No one knowing I had this (including myself). Everyone constantly frustrated with me (especially me). 2. Leaning I have it, but fearing telling my job that the reason I seem to suck at some stuff involving executive functioning is a condition that will help them conclude I'll never get better.

My heart just starts beating really fast when there is too much going on like I'm trying to do an assignment but everyone is talking and playing music on their phones and it makes me stressed, makes me feel like I'm having a heart attack, and makes me want to scream out loud

This makes it sound like ADHD is only a condition that affects some children and that they can grow out of it. However, we know that ADHD persists into adulthood in most people with the impairment.

I literally was having a heart attack listening to him give the instructions
