i am a foster child

I got sober on 2/22/16 and your brother John was a big inspiration to me and really helped me stay on the path to recovery. I not only had and alcohol problem but my weight had ballooned up to 340#s even at 6'4" that is way overweight. Watching his videos, seeing him overcome his weight problem with such enthusiasm and faith(which I also rediscovered during this time) lifted me up in times I didn't have the strength on my own. I owe him a deep debt of gratitude for not only the moral support but introducing me to you, Craig and Jas and a host of other youtubers who inspire. Today I have a wonderful relationship with my Kids, my family and a new relationship with a beautiful woman. Thank you guys for letting us have a glimpse into your lives and letting us see how faith and love can overcome even the worst of situations!! That's why I never quit a video, watch the ads, like, comment and get OUT;-)

I have this discussion with my 14 year old all the time. I adopted her from foster care and she had a horrendous first 11 years of her life. But God makes all things new and her heart is getting stronger by the day. Thank you for the encouragement.
