My personal opinion.....for the price you're a bit too overlooked by neighbours. Fascinating how Dubai can turn a desert green but in the UK, a couple weeks without rain and it's hosepipe bans.

Love the exterior façade both during the day and at night. I agree the neighborhood style closeness might not be the best. But the views overlooking the rest of Dubai especially at night was enchanting. Loved the LED lighting everywhere. The bathrooms were spacious and inviting. The interior design was a bit basic so nothing there really stood out for me. Overall great property and tour.

Beautiful home.. but I could not live surrounded by the other homes all looking at each other. For this money I would want unbridled privacy

I like the overall design of the this home and color scheme since it suits the environment. I am just wondering if the elevators are wheel-chair accessible because otherwise there's no point in having in 2-3 storey home
