I love that you say it took you two years to get the pose. So often you get the impression that the inversion and poses come to the yogis naturally, without any work. I started in January 2020 to work on flexibility and a good dolphin pose is my next project.

Namaste, I am glad that the ancient wisdom of INDIA and Hindusim ( yoga and meditation) is appreciated and adapted all over the world now...

Kino, you are amazing. I watch in awe of your strength, dedication, grace, precision, commitment, knowledge and love of the practice. (to name a few). I have been doing yoga for years but not in an environment such as yours unfortunately. I am 71 years old and wish I had someone like yourself and with the help of the internet when I was younger. With that said “I try”. All I can say is OMG and thank you or shall I say Namaste 🙏🏼 🧘‍♀️👏

Whatever video of Kino's I click on, I end up learning and deepening my practice because of it. Even if my initial intent was just random internet browsing 😂
  • Thank you Kino, I love the way you have broken this down. I’m working on my dolphin and hope to do Pincha one day 🙏🏽💕

This is broken down brilliantly! Thankyou for being so thorough. I'm taking baby steps; I've only been going as far as walking the feet in. Even after 3 days I can notice a difference in my strength and muscle memory when holding my shoulders. My body awareness is increasing in a great way.
