3F, dodge Phen & Kill Marine Sphere, avoid Whirlpool spawn on the field, Phase 3 need to kill it fast, so is kinda impossible without RM/Nogu/Gunslinger etc.
Also don't forget to clear Brave Difficulty before 28 April maintenance, so you can challenge Legend and get Reward again after maintenance.

on 3rd floor, i find random party have more problem with the mob mechanic in between than the actual mvp. if they can get pass that, they clear the boss alot better.

How far do shrapnel targets have to be from the green whirlpools to avoid the 80% dmg debuff?

Those marine spheres are nasty, they are immune to %HP damage from things like poison and wizard's HP absorb deals 0 damage.
