Retired Army Ranger sniper Nicholas Irving discussed his military life and the misconceptions created by Hollywood. Irving, who has been on the show previously, talked about his relationship with his family and his upbringing as the son of two army counterintelligence officers. He also gave insights into his life as a father and how it affected him personally. He further reflected on how his military life compares with the cinematic portrayal of it, stating that what the public sees is only 1% of the actual life of a soldier, much of which is repetitiveness and predictability.
