thank you for taking the time announcing all these products. i have fogue here and there. forget words in middle of sentences, sometimes forget if i spoken on some topics already with my friends or coworkers. impulsive sometimes and have lots of other little things that arent VERY bad for life, but not havign them would definetely make my life easier. im 35 and sometimes i think my brain needs an exercise and a detox as we are what we eat. and vaping doesnt help, i tell u that. But i ll try your supplements and will report with results. Thank you for your videos! very informative and well delivered. If there are life hacks you know that is good for ADHD please make a video on that too, will be great to know

Thank you! I self diagnose through my late teens early adulthood but now after having a baby and pushing 40 I was finally diagnosed and treated but not feeling like it's helping much. I've been on 4 different meds. But this made me cry because I thought I was a bad mom. I just couldn't muster the brain power, energy power to do anything. High high on the executive dysfunction. Thank you! I've know which supplements to use but never which or how much. And that leads me down a huge hyperfocus rabbit hole!

I am 62 and was just diagnosed. I tried a stimulant for 10 days but the leg muscle cramps were so painful and were progressively getting worse. Spasms stopped the day I stopped taking the stim. I am looking for natural remedies as the stim worked so amazingly well. Thank you!

I just love you for this video and I’m only on the intro! I was diagnosed at 26.

Thank you for this video! I'm trying to quit stimulants because they have been causing bad heart problems and after reading a lot of research papers and studies I realised I don't want to risk my life like this I'm only 23, so some of your tips gave me hope that I can treat my ADHD with natural methods instead so thank you

I am dealing with ADD. Your diatery guide is on point. When i was younger I used to live with a Jewish woman who i shared meals with (they have a strict, healthy diet). She also gave me particular vitamins daily. The things she did helped my brain and body so well. I felt like a super genius. My brain power was like a rocket. 15years later, I need to get back to those routines..

I self dx’d at 48 and got a formal dx at 55. Off the charts.. 99 percentile. I used meds for a while—but hated how I felt—couldn’t sleep etc. want to try natural remedies. Thank you for the videos. I’m 59 now.

Great info! Do you have more info on how these supplements react with SNRIs?

This is helpful. Thank you. When l was 33 or 34 my youngest daughter was diagnosed as ADD & l realised it came from me (& my mom). It explained my lack of concentration, co-ordination, my being always late & quite a few other symptoms, but l could manage it when l was younger. I find that it gets more difficult with age & now in my late 50s l'm VERY ADHD & it's a bit of a battle. Thank you for confirming the supplements. l take Neolife products every day....All natural American products found pretty much worldwide, thank God. So, l get Zinc, Omega, Vit B Co & many more daily, but l need to start taking Magnesium every day instead of every other day. I'm not taking CoQ10 anymore but l will think about starting again. I exercise daily, but l sleep very late & not enough. The mushroom ideas are great, but l'm in South Africa & not sure l can find those here. l eat fresh button mushrooms regularly. Do those help?
