  • Paddy being carried on someone’s shoulders apologising for being fat is the funniest thing I’ve seen this week 😂
  • Paddy continuously apologizing for his weight when they had to carry him 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Great episode
  • @PaulAllen786
Seeing him submit all the marines after that workout is insane. Endurance off the charts Paddy
  • Paddy is an awesome addition to the world of MMA. He’s fun, remarkably skilled and doesn’t seem to take any of it too seriously.

Paddy is an amazing advocate for mental health (especially breaking down stereotypes of men with problems being weak). Dude rolls with 10 marines in a row with 100% success, and within 2 minutes he's talking about times when mental illness made him cry. That type of honesty from such a warrior is how you move society away from prejudice and towards health and growth. I've only recently come across Paddy's content but he just keeps on impressing me.

Paddy- "I have to say sorry I'm so fat lad" Marine- grunting in pain " No you're good" That exchange was so wholesome!
  • @codfather6583
He's the most wholesome MMA'er i have ever seen - seems like so a nice guy!
  • @Squashylemon
Oh yeah you know, just casually tapping out 10 trained professional killers for fun. Lol, Paddy is insane.
  • @ryanquinn1257
Yo Paddy going 10–0 against a gauntlet of marines then going into a mental health awareness moment. Hard not to root for the man for his ability and then also his humility.
  • @Nithian
To go up against 10 Marines in top physical condition is insane, it's even more insane that he did that after doing such an intense workout. Paddy is a machine!
  • @ohseedee9928
Paddy dropping the example that "anyone can win, doesn't matter, I could start fighting with a 14 year old, get caught with a right hook, and get put fast asleep." is funny asf.
  • @Fishwacker59
Truly an amazing young man. My older brother suggested I have a look at this video to see how you did against 10 U.S. Marines. I was impressed with all the action, but the most impressive part was how you talked about your struggles and how you overcame them. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to these young Marines and give them solutions to problems all men endure at some point in life. Paddy, you're a gem. Stay safe & stay handsome. ❤ 👍 ✌
  • @SergH.
“Sorry I’m so fat lad” while some dude is carrying you is golden 🤣😭
  • Paddy, I'm the current Deputy I MEF chaplain. Thank you for taking the time to not only physically train with my Marines but elevating the importance of being mentally fit. Talking to someone is a demonstration of real courage. Thank you again!!

It always amazes me how you flip the switch when you are working. I appreciate your words of wisdom about talking about what is inside. Anxiety and depression can take over your mind after combat. Thanks for letting them know it’s good to talk. Your awesome Paddy

Paddy is a good kid and a big kid at heart💜 His mother should be proud of herself for raising such great character and personality traits in him. Cheers ya'll. God bless the Marines and Paddy for what an intense workout and marines guys too.🇬🇧🦁💜🦅🇺🇸
  • @pripsen4765
I love how Paddy gives back a friendly tap to almost every opponent after they are submitted. Sign of respect
  • @rahult13
A professional MMA fighter speaking to a group of marines about breaking down and crying and why mental health is important. What a wonderful way to break down stereotypes surrounding what supposedly constitutes manhood. So real. Love this lad. Been following him for quite a while now and he just keeps growing. A wonderful example.
  • @scarface4581
Paddy seems like such a genuine guy. The point he made about people who are your true friends/mates is important. When your going through dark moments in life and the people around you don't want to hear it they aren't your real friends/mates. That's an important distinction. 👍
  • @Bedlam100
I now realise what a great guy Paddy is - he is truly inspirational, legend!
