You believe it’s tough to listen to you for 2 hours? I actively search out for the 2 hours, or even longer, stories! So, this story was outstanding! It flowed together so smoothly it felt as if I was listening to an actual account that had transpired! So very good work to the author, truly impressive! And the narration by the Dr to boot? Well, you really can’t ask for more than that🤗 The ending was quite the powerful stroke, and it really awoke a terror in me. I’ve always believed that if when cooked a particular meat smells awful, it’s our own bodies way of telling us we aren’t supposed to eat it. And I think that happened to Hess here. But his constant starvation and ritual beatings really gave him no choice in the matter. He’d been forced beyond comprehension. It shook me so when Zachs friend fell into the ravine. That part had a lead up to such a near save, only for it to end terribly. But the stupidity of him to NOT buy a damn gun when it was well within his reach and budget, well let’s hope he learned a damn thing or two. This was fantastic, and I thank you good Dr for all you put into it, all for our entertainment. It most certainly does not go unnoticed! ☠️☠️☠️👍

2 hours is certainly not too much! I listen to these stories throughout my workday. These stories delivered by such a well spoken narrator helps me get through the day without losing my mind (or going off on a coworker)!

This story was absolutely insane! I listen to your channel at night, so I can try to fall asleep. There was no way in hell that I could sleep during this story. First, I was distracted by the cemetery, wondering how many generations of Ailesi's were buried in it. Second, I had to find out how the story ended. I better start listening to a boring channel at night, otherwise I'll never get any sleep. Great job, excellent writing to the author and of course Doc, you bring the stories to life! 💜 MUCH LOVE 💜
