  • THANKYOU SO MUCH, I havnt been able to do sit ups because of back pain and pinched nerves, and now I can do stomach excercises again. God bless you dear lady for this video
  • @trish7080
How refreshing a fully clothed lady doing exercises, instead of half naked women. I appreciate the decency ,thank you♥️
  • Slow & steady is the best way to go. Thank you for demonstrating these very helpful exercises

Glad I saw this simple but effective exercise to get rid of belly fat. It is just great. Thanks
  • @wilstarmbel
I’m so glad I came across this! I suffer with back and knee pain this will definitely help me get rid of that belly fat! ❤

Natasha your are amazing, so wise !In only 1 week of performing these exercises 5 X's per week, I could see significant progress when I looked in the mirror and needed to readjust my belt to the last to the smallest size! Although I am flexible and can do sit ups, crunches and leg raises, after decades of repeating these exercises, my ab muscles have become immune to them. I needed to shock my body and do new exercises. Your routine is just what I need! Thank you for sharing your wisdom, I will return the favor.
  • Thank you for this. I’m in tears right now. My mom used to do these when she was in her power chair. She never stopped exercising.

I have fibromyalgia and this is awesome! I can feel the difference in my daily routine! ❤ Thank you 😊

I was going through the videos one day and I came across a couple of yours now I'm thankful every day I do them. Thank you.

Thank you, I just had a bunionectomy and bunionett surgery couple days ago, your workout really help me a lot both physically and mentally❤

I hate laying on the floor for push-ups so tried this.. I'm menopause and this worked like magic.. 3 days and I saw the difference and started feeling better. OK, the mushy menopause is still there, but it looks less and less.. Best part: I take my coffee in the morning. Then sit down and do this 10 times.. Takes just a minute and it feels calming not stressful.. Thank you!
  • Cant get enough of u, Natasha. Im a senior, 83yrs old and i am taking my time to get the different moves incorporated to lose my belly fat. Tku u.

I have been looking for something like this, it's easy and there is nothing pretentious about it. Plain and simple exercise and IT WORKS! I can feel the difference after two weeks. I've included a Mediterranean diet and I'm doing two of your exercises and my family are already seeing the difference in my weight. Thank you Natasha 🇨🇦

So glad I came across this video. And thank you for letting us do them along with you. Most would just show you and tell you the number of times to repeat and move on to the next exercise which means we'd have to keep pressing pause. Thank you so much!❤
  • Gratitude mam 🙏 ❤ for motivating us for healthy and fit life 🌹🌹
  • @Momma81
I love that you have videos for everyone. Most people post videos that only fitted people or people with full functionality, range of motion can follow. I have degeneration on my spine, I just had surgery, I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I am very limited so your workouts are so helpful to me and thr best thing is that I can do them lol... thank you so much!

I was spectical. As I am suffering from long covid and dizziness, I needed something that would help me get back on track after being bedridden for a couple of months and be more than walking on the treadmill. I have to say, I felt the difference by the end of the night. This morning I woke up a bit sore. I did this video, the breathing video, and the thighs video. I feel properly worked out. Now I have to see if you have an arms video too. Thank you for making these as I was feeling trapped and down as I use to do so much activity. Thank you so much again.
  • Thank you Madam. The way you teach is excellent. I am able to do this exercise. I have undergone a surgery in my back. Have put on weight and was unable to do any exercise. But your guidance is wonderful. I could do it. One best thing is that we can do this anytime whenever we get free from our routine work. Thank you so much Madam.

If you would demonstrate with the chair in a side position so the viewer can see better would be helpful.
