  • Disclaimer: I just discovered the rumored controversy about Kaedim (which I didn’t know about before making this video) Some believe there are real people behind it and build the 3D models manually on demand (that sounds like a weird thing to do). But whether it’s AI or not AI, I’m not in the position to judge it. All I do is try it and show it to you; it’s your choice to use it or not.

As many have said, this is NOT an AI tool, it is human made, I applied for a job there and all the requriments implies that you'll be modeling all day.

This is actually not fully AI. 3D modelers are hired to design this within the timeframe. It's just called AI because people will believe in anything under that tag. In my personal opinion, this is a smart way to run a business. The only caveat is that the modelers need to work very fast, but I'm sure if enough experienced artists join this platform, it is possible, until an actual AI modeling program enters the market.

5:08 Cool trick with the Fresnel layer! it adds much much finesse to the model!

This may actually be the funniest piece of news I heard this year, puts a new twist on the real artists vs AI controversy.
  • Not a real tool, these are scammers. That’s why it takes more than 1 hour to get your result. They just manually get someone to model it quickly. Search about it.

If the company says it will take a few days to process it's not AI. If it takes a few moments and looks terrible its AI. 2D to 3D is still in it's early stages. The acacado chairs and the toy cars are all really advanced algorithms that aren't available yet to the public and even those that are are really still doing bad in the illumination phase of development. You may get a chair or you will get a chewed up mess. It's still really young but it's cool soon we will have the stable diffusions and the mid journeys of 3D just take a few more months or a couple of years 3D is a lot harder to do than 2D and some could argue harder than video generation

@MinhPhamDesign Do you record your tutorials live and also record the audio as well or do you first record the tutorial then add the audio? Also in regards process: how do you go about scripting for a tutorial, would love to know your proces?

Great stuff...Can you show us how someone can be able to automate the mouth for speech
  • @michaelmanning6150
It almost fooled me XD glad to see the comments revealing the truth and giving credit to the people behind the modeling
  • @SPS625
The trial prices are interesting, way to go!
  • Hello, thank you for making this tutorial. I would like to know if you can import more than one 2d reference images into Kaedim, eg: back view or side view of character?
  • once the model is created, is it possible to use the file for 3d printing?

Fantastic video! I specialize in character design and found Stylar AI very helpful. It's an AI-based design tool that’s easy for designers to use, with great control over models and image output. It's in the early stages and has some bugs, but give it a go!

This is the first I've ever personally heard of this, how does it fair against more complex things? Does it have to be isolated in the image with no background?
  • @FloNocode
Hi , unfortunaltely we can use this app without paid.. so we can't test just one

I signed up for this place long ago, and never used it, never could use it, it says it has a trial, but I have nothing in my created home area. and I just found it again, and it still has no trial and still wants credits to work. finding an alternative is what I'm on the hunt for!!
