  • I have not seen this before now. My sister's office was where the nose of the plane went in. My solace is that she probably did not know what happened. Thanks for a terrific animation.

I did,I lost my brother Kohn M Rigo at the WTC in NYC. He was working for Marsh in the self insured group at the time. I think about my brother John every day and still I miss him. FYI - I pray for all the folks murdered on 09:11 and their families and friends .☮️✝️☮️✝️☮️✝️

Ya gotta admit that computer programming was incredible. And it was 10 years old

Man, you know you're in a weird spot in life when you randomly end up here at 2:25 a.m. on a Monday morning.

It’s crazy how far we’ve come with computers, nowadays people can make this simulation and it would look like real life

It’s disturbing to think there were people in that plane, and people right there at their desks, that were either crushed or incinerated or both. The ones who died instantly were spared the horror, despair, injury and pain of those who survived, only to die in the collapse.
  • Like the Original Architect said many times, it’s like a hole puncture into a screen, built with the capability withstand multiple 707 hits which were also wide body aircraft in their day‼️
  • I can't imagine sitting in a cubicle when that plane came inside. RIP and God bless all affected. 20 years today.

Time flies. Can't believe it was 22 years ago. It feels like it happened 19 years ago.
  • What's crazy is how this was produced and uploaded to fledgling YouTube only 5 years and change after the event. By comparison, 5 years ago was 2018.
  • Its hard to believe it's been almost 20 years since that happened
  • Here because it's 9\11. My condolences goes to the people who were involved in this tragic event 🤍🙏

I love how people are so possessed by the delusion that airplane wings are “flimsy” or “paper thin.” Airplane wings are extremely strong and can support several times the plane’s weight. I don’t know the rating of 767 wings, but some plane wings are rated at 12 times the plane’s weight. Have you seen a stress test? The wings can bend fully vertical and they don’t break. Also this notion that planes are built like soda cans? The aluminum they use is usually 6061 or 7075. Both of them are high quality and very very strong, and are also, you know, NOT the only metals they use… like, they have titanium and steel parts too, guys. Planes are friggin strong.
  • The simulation of the crash is impressive. How sad what happened, not only because of the loss of life, but also because of the demolition of the towers. I was 5 years old when it happened, so I don't remember the attack, but I know we were all glued to watching the television. Greetings from Argentina.

Oh gosh! Old Google Earth rendering! I remember back when none of the buildings had textures or details

I was a tourist that day visiting NYC - my third time there at the time. I really wanted to go to the top of the twin towers and we had tried to go the previous weekend but it was full. We were supposed to go on tuesday but my family decided last minute we would go to empire state instead and visit the WTC later in the day. While we were getting ready to head out that tuesday morning, we all found ourselves glued to the TV in our hotel watching the horrible images. What a scary time, I was just 13 and couldn't believe it was real.

Super accurate... assuming the buildings were Styrofoam.
  • Kinda alarming how much 9/11 content I'm getting recommended recently🌚
