From selling rentals in Koreatown and only making $9,000 your first year, but through dedication and doors of opportunity, you rose to the top and this is the pinnacle achievement of them all. Congrats Ryan!
  • @FenderMade13
If I had a dollar every time you mentioned being above all else, I’d have enough money to buy it 😂
  • @curtis_ny90
6:28 Not even 250 million can keep your windows from getting shit on by birds lmao
  • @BF1GUN
Can you imagine coming home, finding the elevators out of action, walking up the stairs to the apartment, and then remembering that you've left your mobile in the car 😃
  • @c4soccer
I worked on this construction project, and 100% it is the most epic apartment ever. Thanks for sharing this experience with everyone!
  • Successful people don't become that way overnight.most people see at a glance wealth, a great career, purpose-is the results of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life.
  • @embott1
This is the pinnacle of homes that I could never enter. Upon first seeing that terrace, I nearly passed out. Engineering, architecture, stuff… so so much. By the way, your presence and command of every word is so very impressive. You’re so polished without sounding like a snob. Congratulations.
  • @danabrumbelow2621
Thanks for showing the property, which is absolutely like no other. I think viewing the apartment speaks for itself!
  • As someone who is often the highest person on earth, this penthouse would really suit me.
  • Who let Ryan wear that jacket? The video became an instant parody of itself the moment that jacket was on screen. 🤣 Then the bird-poop on the window for a solid 3 minutes. God, too perfect.
  • @Redeagle223
I love how enthusiastically he's describing the penthouse. Its infectious.
  • No. It is not. A work of Art. It is a engineering wonder, but it is not a work of art.
  • @Omens350
Now I just need Enes to do a tour so I can actually see the apartment.
  • @chrisballs1028
Status symbol and nothing else. Hats off to the engineers and workers who built it, thats incredible.
  • @timd4408
If I didn't know better, you would think that Ryan built the place by himself with all the accolades. I would applaud the architects, the contractors, the workers, who truly built the place!!! Imagine hanging outside the building putting in the windows! That takes guts, but, nobody sees their work, only the finished product.
  • @johnlocke5382
The building could not be soulless and cold. The fact that we've gone from the renaissance to this shows how much civilization has gone backwards.
  • @Sqoun
Nobody on planet earth is more worthy of presenting this piece of history than you! You earned it brother.
  • @snoes59
An out of this WORLD property, no doubt ! And very well presented by Ryan Serhant - who SO deserves to be the one to list this marvel with his team 😮
  • @viktoria.ncyprus
Ryan when you were sitting in the office chair, it looked like it was designed for you. You could sign $250.000.000 deals there 😁 Congratulations for everything you've achieved!
