When a guy says “a period can’t hurt that bad” me “yeah no uterus no opinion!”

"Do you have to wear that today? Your uncle is coming by with his sons" like excuse me?

When you beat a guy at something, they say, "Well.. I let you win."

when you stand up for women's issues, you get labeled a "feminist" like it's a bad thing. But when men stand up for women's issues, they're seen as heros.

When asked if you think you are beautiful: -yes: omg she’s so arrogant and selfish -no: oh no sweetie, you should accept and embrace yourself. You should learn to love yourself...

Not able to get birth control, can't walk anywhere alone at night, being taught what I can use as a weapon if someone approaches me, to never leave a drink alone and if you do to dump it, sexism, criticized for my weight, being groped then expected to not take it seriously, being asked if it's my time of the month when ever I'm upset about something petty, won't be taken seriously, being expected to have kids even though I don't want to.

Never realized my shoulders were so sexy until dress code pointed it out.

If girls who like girls can stay calm when a girl is wearing a skirt, then maybe skirts aren't the problem.

They see you as weaker, they you as "just a girl" they see you as an object. They give you so much disrespect but then want your body in return. It's not fair.

I am sick of the fact that the most important thing as a woman seems to be appearance

A few days ago I was walking my dog and my breasts are big for my age, But this car full of guys passed me and whistled and catcalled right at me. I am also tall for my age so I look older than I am. But they kept saying "whats under that shirt girrrrl?, Can't wait to get in your pants sweety!, You look lonely. want me to fix that?" and a whole bunch of other stuff. I'm fourteen. Now I don't take my dog on a walk any more. update: today (10-3-16) in school the same group of guys catcalled me today at lunch. The stupid thing is that they didn't get caught.

Here's a funny story: Once my teacher told my friend that she weren't allowed to wear short skirts, and she literally said to the teacher, 'well if this length of a skirt isn't even allowed, why are you still wearing those shorts?!' The teacher was wearing a knee length short, and my friend was wearing an almost knee length skirt without leggings inside..
