In this VladTV flashback, the late John Witherspoon detailed why Chris Tucker never appeared in another Friday film. According to Witherspoon, Tucker's starring role in the Rush Hour trilogy garnered him much fame and fortune that he couldn't justify returning to Friday. John also talked about every cast member making just $5,000 for the film, but Chris Tucker recently revealed he managed to get a little extra.

    I love him as granddad in the boondocks I think that was his best role so far. He embodied that character to the fullest. I always heard his voice when I’d read the comic strips in the Sunday papers.
