Kobe's passing was the first famous person that hit me very personally. He was my biggest inspiration, because his mindset went beyond basketball and sports. Sadly I never got to meet him, but we are lucky to have his words live on forever.

Kobe passing was especially hard on the Lakers franchise and fans. He spent his whole life with the franchise. He stuck with them for 20 whole years. He carried them on his shoulders, brought 5 titles to the franchise. And much more that I can’t say because it’s A whole paragraph. It’s hard to think that the indestructible Black Mamba is no longer with us. RIP Black Mamba

Kobe's last game was tough for me. Obviously it was a joy to see him drop 60. But it almost feels like when his life ended I was more prepared for it bcuz I watched his career end.

Went to a Wizards game just a few days after Kobe died, and the whole stadium was chanting Kobe during the 24 second violations.
