Exploring Abandoned Welsh Farm - Everything left behind

Very little is known about this property, I believe an elderly person lived here who died over a decade ago, the property owner had relatives but has been unable to be traced. The property is standing decaying away and in limbo.
Apparently, the old family who used to live here had a son who emigrated, and contact was lost, when the old lady passed away who lived here, her son could not be traced, it's believed there is a relative in a near town but the house can not be handed over to her without a legal battle.
The Property is also known as the anniversary House, we find a card inside from a lady who celebrated her 80th birthday.
