    I had anxiety for 5+ years, it's what you eat, so I cut out and stayed away from any food that is white, (rice, sugar,etc) ( I was determined to eliminate panic attacks and this is what works and meditation helps 2

    Kanye's mom was an English professor at Clark University. U can't make me believe he doesn't read or he doesn't have the knowledge of black oppression. We keep giving this fuel when we have more important issues going on.
