At age 92, I think it's funny to hear people in their 40s talk about looking young. They ARE young...❤ This week I was told that I look 30 years younger and I reminded them that YOUNGER is actually my middle name. Even now, at 92, I'm learning an editing program and will post videos. Learning new things keeps me going and staying youthful. Suscribe to stay in touch.

My mom is 55 but she looks 36. She has never done any of the things ya'll have mentioned. The things she does is being positive, young at heart, eat less , a good hygiene, a good heart, drinks plenty of water. Just simple. And she manifests. Voila!
  • She does not look 29, she looks her age and looks good. Why do we think we have to look younger to look well for our age? You can look 42 and look amazing and healthy!

Avoiding stress and inflammation are the most important factors in health and aging. I'm in my mid fifties and I look and feel like I'm in my 30's/40's. I always recommend following the 7 holistic health needs : 1) Moving every day, several times a day (and building muscle) 2) Nutrient rich food, 3) Sound sleep, 4) Inner peace (meditation, affirmations, morning/evening routines, dealing with our trauma), 5) Deep connection with others, 6) Sync with nature, 7) Sense of purpose. 4 to 7 is really helpful for mental health and finding joy. I love Mindvalley and Vishen always bringing goodness for all ! Love and light to all 💗✨.

I cannot believe she is telling people tanning beds are ok to use. And I would like to see the ingredients of that "nourishing" spray tan, that she has been using for herself. She is talking a lot about taking care of the physical body, sleeping, eating, and the products she is using . Not a lot about the importance of our emotional and mental state. Sense of belonging , friendships and people we surround ourselves with. One of the reasons why people in those "blue zones" are living longer is also because of the healthy communities they are part of. Very superficial advise from this lady.

My great grandmother, who died Jan 2022 at 108, didnt look decades younger than her actual age but my mother recalls, she was ill once in her memory. I always attributed her health to her attitude. She worked all of her life, even when she stopped traditional work, she kept busy and had a young spirit. I intend to maintain the aesthetics but focus more on a positive spirit and giving back.

She doesn't look younger. She just looks like someone that is aging with grace.

It's so bizarre how people think 42 is old. She looks her age. This is weird.

Some things you can do free/cheapish: sleep, drink water, exercise including dance, yoga, tai chi and lots if stretching, resistance training, laughter and play, self massage including facial and lymph drainage, cupping (get a cheap cupping kit), keep your facial muscles taut when moisturizing, exfoliate regularly, sun block, slugging skin at night, dry brushing, breathing exercises, meditation, grow your own food and eat as fresh as possible, intermittent fasting to trigger autophagy, strong friendships and community, finding something to feel enthuiastic about every day, being in love and sharing love, petting a cuddly animal, hugs, making peace with yourself and the world, forming your own healthy stress coping strategy, forgiveness and letting go of crap.

I am so happy to hear someone talking about internal health and its outside effect vs external treatments . I have it so clear, although that doesn't happen to everyone. It is a very important knowledge that everyone should be informed to be able to do conscious decisions 🥰

She actually look her age, I'm a Filipino and most of the women in their early 40s here looks even younger than her as long as they consistently do their skin care routine you'll look fine even in your 40s.
  • @MonSamDan
I think she looks her age. I'm not surprised or shocked that she's 42. Pretty face + retinol + make up = she looks like she takes care of herself but she doesn't really look younger than she is
  • @Izqulois
It’s obvious she takes excellent care of herself- I’m more than willing to try her secrets. I only wish this information was out there when I was a younger woman. Thanks for sharing 🙏
