I am a 70 yr old woman who stumbled onto your channel & have watched several videos now. You do some incredible things. One thing that's so cool is how so many people are willing to talk & share their stories with you. Imo, that's because you're sincere. You show respect & people respect you. You have a gift of relating to people & you show that you care. I don't see you trying to change or lecture anyone. If you knew me, you'd never expect that I'd be one of your viewers. I'm only saying that to reinforce my point about the vast array of people you reach. May God be with you.😊

The little funny dressed mexican guy with blue hair says "we stay in the trenches!" had me cracking up! 😂😂😂
  • @TheColeWerner
“I’ve been locked up for 17 and half years, got locked up in 2002 and got out in 2014”… uhhh your maths ain’t mathin my man 😂😂
  • @KoZZReject
For the people saying tommy could've found a sketchier neighborhood, or that those guys aren't "thug enough."... you are completely missing the point of these videos. This isn't to glorify thug culture and violence. It's to educatepeople and spread awareness about different cultures and dangers. This episode is about trailerparks. If you watch these videos cause you think the streets are "cool" then you're part of the problem. Thank you tommy for what you do. I look at you as a hero of sorts. You give a voice to the voiceless. God bless you. I hope to see you in small town Tennessee one day. I got some things i can show you about our small town streets and drug problems. We get ignored too.

  • @ATR1107.
Bro the "bitches like flowers" bit had me CRYING 😂
  • @Zaihbaby
Chris seemed like a really genuine character & you could tell that just you sitting & talking heartfelt to heartfelt with him it meant alot to him. Hope he makes it out man.
  • Bro the fact you speak Spanish fluently says a LOT about your character and respect. One of the biggest things you can do to show another respect is to appreciate and truly take the time to understand their culture, and you do that with every single person or group you feature in your videos. What you’re doing is really great man, we are all behind you
  • @gabegy
The “appreciate you” from Chris in the park was something pretty special
  • @pillarofdawn
The empathy and genuine interest that Tommy shows in the people he interviews is refreshing

I love your documentaries man. They are always interesting, and you are the rare person who has such a calm relaxed vibe you make EVERYONE feel comfortable. Thank you go for treating everyone with kindness. When you are that low and down-and-out, simply being treated as human is a rariety. Keep it up man!
  • @drewbinsky
Thanks for making this story man. I'm from Phoenix and watching this story right now from my living room in Phoenix. I had never heard about this community. Hope to meet u soon man!
  • @logandowney03
Nah bro you can tell that Chris dude really enjoyed just a simple conversation. Sometimes that's all it takes is just talking and listening to ones thoughts. Being heard and listened too can change someone's mentality I know that from personal experience.
  • i gotta say Tommy ive been watching for a while and the way you interviewed Chris the homeless guy was great ... great questions ... very respectful ... very disarming ... you cld tell he felt comfortable talking with you ... id assume you probably throw people a few bucks to motivate them to wanna speak (i might be totally wrong) but either way i could tell your tone, eye contact, demeanor in general made him feel like you cared and thru the screen i can tell you do care. you treat people like people not like zoo animals. Youve really improved all around since starting the channel but specifically that interview made it obvious how good youve gotten with interviews especially with a random homeless guy on the street! you wld be a great counslor or therapist or something with public outreach. i gues thats what youre doing now getting into the streets showing people what it is1 MAD LOVE FROM NYC KEEP GOING BIG DOG!
  • Thank you for always bringing the realness without judgment. Your ability to build connections with any and every type of person and get them to open up and relate to all of our shared humanity is definitely a sight to behold. Nothing but respect Tommy G, cheers from Canada!
  • Tommy is a legend for documenting these things ❤
  • @phantompromi
From watching almost every single Tommy G video this has truly touched my heart, Chris is one of the most humble people i've seen open, nice, and doesn't care what people think we need people like him, I wish him the best. And for tommy g keep up the good videos.
  • @cobbsrenee
It is amazing how people open up to you. Keep doing what your doing. You are opening eyes to people who don't see. Thank you!
