Also I found a neat glich for stealing liquids without angering him. Here's the tutorial: 1. Bring an empty carnister 2. Go to the shop (buh) 3. Bring inside your carnister and open it up 4. Grab a carnister from his shop and start pouring liquid from it to your own carnister 5. Close your carnister and attach it to your car 6. Enjoy your stolen liquid! (Basically you're buying a container, not what's inside of it)
