4分間腹筋を毎朝、夜は2日に一度、 そしてバレエストレッチが毎晩の日課になりました! 何をしても落ちなかったおへそ周りがわずかではありますが減り、毎朝快腸で何より1日元気です。 背中周りの脂肪は加齢でどんどん付きやすくなりますね。 肩甲骨が綺麗に浮き出てくる様に長い目で頑張って行こうと思います! 今日初めてやってみた感想は腕が怠い。腹筋は少しはついたけど、腕の筋肉が全然ないようです。。 ゆうかさんのエクササイズはやれば凄く効果が出そうだから頑張れます!
