Lockdown Photography Exeter 2020

Earlier in the year he bought a baby 5/8-In grip arm pin, it took a while to appear, apparently it was delayed by 'Chinese New Year and a bit of a health problem that they were having'.
Like many photographers Andrew has had to close his studio during Lockdown and retrench to a home-studio.
This video, produced at home whilst under Lockdown conditions shows some of the product photography output from this period as well as work from before.
This Video
The main aim of the video was to create the bumpers (start and end) and to see whether it was viable to create the talk to camera format in this small 'lockdown' space. I used the D810 rather than the D850 because it is what I am more likely to use to document my work in the field.
Sound was with a Zoom H2n running as an external microphone wired to the camera. It probably would have been easier to record the sound files on the H2n and sync the sound. In a way that's what I've done here, I opened up the camera movie in Adobe Audition and cleaned it up. It seemed to give a better improvement than Premiere did although both were effective. To be honest I'd forgotten about Audition and that I had access to it!
I'm sorry about the unscripted ramble, as I said this was simply a project!
Lighting was with a pair of tungsten fresnels, an Arri 650 Plus as key and the backlight is a small Photon Beard. I'd bought these a while ago because I wanted some 'slow' lights for a project. They are the only quiet sources that I have at home. I took a manual white balance with the D810 although I'd already cooled the lights with some Rosco CTB gells.
The soundtrack was something that I did years ago with my childrens' old Yamaha keyboard and GarageBand.
