My mom cats sometimes sleep in or on top of their litter boxes but not one was ever sick so got to be for another reason.

My Mom's two cats sometimes will only use 1, despite having 3 to choose from. It makes daily cleaning a nerve wracking thing when you start at the unused boxes, then you've got a full bag by the end which alleviates the worry but usually smells worse.

Thank you! :) I'm wondering if you know why cats might sometimes put their toys in the litter box? 🤔 Occasionally I've seen toys in their water bowl too.

I know my question has nothing to do with the litter box but I was hoping you could please offer me some advice. I have recently acquired a new kitten and I am at a loss as to what parasite prevention to give him. The vet keeps reassuring me that Advocate is safe yet when doing a bit of research I discovered that it can cause all sorts of problems. My cat is solely indoors and I don't know if tablets are better or if there are other safer alternatives. What do you give your cats? Forgive me if you have already discussed this on a previous video as I am new to your channel. If someone could point me to the right direction I would be really appreciate as all this information can get a little overwhelming. My understanding is that I need to preventatively treat heartworm, fleas, ticks and all sorts of other intestinal worms I love my little boy and want him around for a very long time. Love you both!! xx
