Ive always been a late in the day eater but now I drink bulletproof coffee all morning and I can IF all day until dinner and I feel amazing I'm working out more it's what my body NEEDS!!(= Joe let's see some NEW VIDEOS brotha stay safe&happy!!(=✌💚

    Looking forward to keto ideas for the trail👍 I made my first hydrated meal by watching your video on the burger beans and rice with green beans meal it was excellent obviously it’s not keto so I need to come up with new ideas for eating keto on the trail love the videos😄

  • Your one of a very few people to mention a keto diet. We started the AT on March 26th 2018. Several weeks I had zero carbs only fat, other weeks fat mixed with meal replacement powder. And now nearing the finish in Maine, I only need 1/2 pound of fat per day. The 100 mile wilderness on 4 pounds of food.
