    Loved your video!! I’ve had great success catching creek chubs on a fly rod, which is one of the most underrated fish to catch using this method. But when you don’t live near or want to travel far to a trout stream, these fish are fun to land when the weather starts heating up. 😇

    I have done the same thing. Was gonna mention why I use the black ones then you hit on the people taking them which is why I chooses black. One of the best baits I've found in Ohio is a slice of bologna or a hot dog. I put them in ponds, they don't reproduce but I have caught some in the pond two years after putting them in they get gigantic.
  • I put mine on the edge of private property and it was stolen after one night so I’ll just stick with catching chubs on a micro hook
