    A tip for the chest dip: tuck your knees in, which will put your center off mass more to the front and make it easier to tilt forward.
  • Mike on good form. Good to get a back to basics gym vid. Happily Im currently running the same PPL split, so looking forward to getting the odd tip on form or new exercises. Top work as ever 👏🏻
