Queue for Omega & Swatch Moonswatch in Houston, Texas - Galleria

I was one of the lucky few that got a Moon Swatch. The store only had 75 pieces and I had to camp 15 hours from the day before. Literally while waiting in line we had people selling spots , cutting in line, and it was cold outside while waiting. Luckily I was number 36 since everyone in line decided to write our numbers on our wrist and record head count of people who waited in line. It was fun night talking to watch geeks and waiting but it’s a damn shame the scalpers who give little to no care about horology or watches in general are ruining it for everyone else. Swatch should have said they were out after 75 pieces were sold but they wanted this hype and attention. Complete disrespect for people’s time and energy but good thing this run isn’t limited for Omega x Swatch.
