Imagine having the option of controlling whether you get up to 15 years or 75 DAYS. But all you have to say is "I plead guilty" AND HAVING TROUBLE WITH THAT.
  • @Stray..
His attorney clearly wants to be anywhere but there.
  • @cg212
The pure narcissism out of him is sickening
  • It's never a good idea to show up to court intoxicated. It rarely works out well for the defendant.
  • I’m glad the judge didn’t continue to play his game but he refused to plead guilty so he should’ve went to trial and most likely spent multiple years in jail this is a disgrace of our justice system. If you can’t respect the justice system how can you let the justice system hold you accountable for anything.

What a train wreck. Two DUI's and he still acts like a FOOL in court. Another ridiculous person ACCEPTED in law enforcement. I can't imagine what kind of stupid things he did as a sheriff.
  • @drewfu2671
"Let me plea to something that I do not feel good about so I don't go to the penitentiary for years and years" When you've worked in law enforcement your whole life and just now realized how the justice system works after you arrest someone
  • @dicruz8536
Can you imagine what he was like as a sheriff??? Scary! So glad he's not on the force now.
  • @highrzr
He forgot he's no longer above the law.
  • @luvyatubers
He retired at 51. Retired? So he gets retirement money? Should have been fired and locked up
  • 75 days for 2nd dui where he caused damages and he assaulted someone. That's incredibly light sentence
  • @ccloud3981
"He was too intoxicated to give consent" has won DUI's and the fact judges have allowed it makes me sick.
  • Oh boy he would have been REAL popular in prison. To say his dance card would have been full is an understatement.
  • The Privilege and sense of entitlement this ex-Sheriff exhibits is infuriating for someone in his current position.
  • @iammattc1
Really, when he says "I'm pleading guilty to something I didn't do" the judge should accept that as a not guilty plea and send it to trial

The attorney is like “wtf did I get myself into”
