When you’re just starting out as a YouTuber, you don't have the same credibility as established creators. Remember, you don't need to be just as good as the best, you need to be truly exceptional.

I judge my new content compared to ny older content instead of comapring to other channels While I'm still working on my style and skills it doesn't do any good to compare and compete

My vids are crappy repurposed content. It works for me as I work out the direction and focus of my channel. That’s finally coming into view. Meanwhile, I’m surprised there’s a part of me that doesn’t loses sleep as I throw everything at the wall to see what sticks.

I'm an expert in my niche, not an expert YouTuber. It's very hard to wrap my head around all these things besides just presenting valuable information. That's the easy part.

What if the best channel in my niche stopped posting 6 years ago? 😕 should I still compare myself to hers? I haven't found yet a channel I love more than that one. Btw that channel has almost 3 million subscribers, but she stopped posting ages ago 😥
