In what other country are you allowed to maul the guards horse and invade the guards personal space. This behaviour is outrageous, and the police officer was extremely polite. These people should have been given a warning. After all, they can not behave in their own countries like this. That poor horse must have been overwhelmed, and people wonder why they get bitten and shouted at.

Would they attempt to do this sort behaviour in their own country, I don't think so. The disrespect shown to the horse, Kings Guard and especially to the police man is mindblowingingly disgusting.
